West/Southwest Work Statement:
I love exploring the American West and Southwest and have enjoyed many whirlwind trips around the region, especially in the 1990’s when I was younger and wanted to see it all! Those kinds of trips weren’t conducive to painting and it wasn’t until I settled into a few places where friends lived, and had more than a few days in one spot, that I could settle down for some painting. Western Montana and Creede, Colorado are two of those places that I’ve had the pleasure of painting over the years.
