Cloud Statement:
In 2007 I had a show of Cloud work at Dolphin Gallery in Kansas City, MO. There seemed to be a lot of intriguing patterns in the skies that year or maybe I was just noticing them more. Many of these are as I saw them from the ground, but also from photos I took on commercial flights from above the clouds. My studio had just been finished so I was able to work much larger and I bumped up the scale of this work and switched to acrylic, which seemed to lend itself better to the intricate patterns.
