Grossman was the featured gallery artist for the Land Institute’s Prairie Festival XXXIII. She also gave an “Artist’s Talk” about finding a “sense of planet” through the process of plein air painting.

Lisa Grossman was a featured speaker at the recent international Grasslands Symposium held on the Kansas State University campus, joining researchers from Mongolia, South Africa, and throughout the Long-Term Ecological Research (LTER) community.
