Over the years I’ve traveled around the American West and Southwest and along the Rockies from British Colombia to southern Colorado. On certain trips I’ve been able to paint in these magnificent places and the work shown here includes paintings from three artist-in-residencies in National Parks: Rocky Mountain National Park and Mesa Verde National Park in Colorado, and Petrified Forest National Park in Arizona, as well as Glacier National Park, and Creede, Colorado.
